This foundation paper is used for Sharon Schamber's machine applique technique.  Once the edges of the applique piece are turned and the piece is sewn on, this foundation stays in the piece.  After washing, the foundation dissolves and softens.

The foundation is 19" wide, and is sold in a 5 yard length.

  • The foundation is 14.5 inches wide.

    1 yard = 14.5" x 36"

This is a fab product using Sharon's method for applique the finished look has a slight Trapunto effect and no pulling little bits of paper out as it washes up well as advertized
